III. Status of Geological Exploration work carried out by MECL (after MOU between DMG and MECL)

In light of agreement signed between State Government and M/s. MECL total 20 proposals for geological exploration have been submitted to M/s. MECL. 10 proposals for G-2 level of exploration are received from M/s. MECL. Work order of geological exploration against 5 proposals was given to MECL. MECL has started exploration in 3 Mineral Blocks. Due to some local/technical issues work did not commence in two mineral blocks. Work Order for three mineral blocks has been given in January 2019. Out of three work started in one mineral block. Work order for rest two blocks will be given after Parliament Election.
